August 2, 2018 | Noam Abramovitz
Find me on:

As summer is a time for vacations abroad or adventures across the sea, we at Loom Systems were taken by the international vibe, and figured out it’s the perfect time to release our long-awaited support for queries of non-Latin characters!

Whether you use Sophie's AI-platform to analyze your proprietary logs or client environments, you will now be able to create queries, visualizations, and dashboards much more freely!

Sophie can now query logs based on characters in any of the following languages:
Arabic, Armenian, Basque, Brazilian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Kurdish, Norwegian, Persian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Thai!

Our next major release is just around the corner, so stay tuned!

Loom Systems delivers an AI-powered log analysis solution to predict and prevent problems in the digital business. Loom collects logs and metrics from the entire IT stack, continually monitors them, and gives a heads-up when something is likely to deviate from the norm. When it does, Loom sends out an alert and recommended resolution so DevOps and IT managers can proactively attend to the issue before anything goes down. Schedule Your Live Demo here!
