At Loom Systems, we are looking for a driven and passionate Technical Account Manager to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs.

In this position, you will provide technical service for prospects and customers that will help us take the IT and DevOps industry by storm with our groundbreaking solution.  You will be working with our sales, product and development teams to create an amazing customer experience.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Address all product-related queries in a timely manner

Pre-sale Engineer - San Francisco, Atlanta, New York

What You'll Be Doing

As a pre-sale engineer you will combine technical knowledge with business skills, you'll work closely with the sales and Biz dev operation and lead all the technical aspects of the sales process including:

 

  • Technical presentations to potential customers
  • Define and translate business value to technical terms for evaluations
  • Provide training and support to customers throughout all stages of the sale process
  • Attend meetings with prospects, acting as a technical expert
  • Put together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
  • Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions with visible relevant business values to the specific customer
  • Reply to customers' requests for information and RFPs
  • Lead technical Presentations of the product and Q&A sessions with customers

Marketing Operations - San Francisco

We are looking for a Marketing Operations lead to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising.

For this role, you should have an understanding of the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.
Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals through building strong marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly

  • Conducting market research to identify new revenue opportunities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review requirements specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
