Loom Systems Ltd. (“Loom”) respects your right to privacy and wants you to be familiar with the ways we collect, use, and disclose information. Please read the following to learn more about our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that we collect via Loom's website, products, services, and through other means offered and controlled by Loom that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Services”).

By using this Site you signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy described herein. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Site.. In addition, note that your use of certain Services may be governed by separate terms and conditions entered into between Loom and you or the organization for which you work. Those terms and conditions may authorize different practices than those described in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, please refer to all applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of the Services.


“Personal Information” is information about you that is information which is personally identifiable and which may include: your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, usernames and passwords you create to use the Services, credit or debit card number you provide to our third-party service provider(s) via Loom to process payments.

Loom does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to Loom or on the Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you submit any Personal Information relating to others in connection with the Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Personal Information, in addition to Non-Personal Information you send us, may be collected in several ways, including but not limited to, by way of the actions you take while you: sign up for the Services; submit questions for troubleshooting; purchase software; solicit communication through Loom; participating in any promotional event. Other third parties might also transfer us your Personal Information which we may collect. Logging in to our Services using your social media login credentials (e.g., Google+, Facebook, Linkedin), may result in the receipt of Personal Information by us, as determined by the privacy settings of the applicable social media platform. You may refuse to supply Personal Information when doing any of the foregoing, with the understanding that this may prevent you from engaging in certain activities or using certain products or services.

Our primary objective in collecting user information is to provide and enhance the Services and to enable users to enjoy the Services. Therefore, we will use your Personal Information for customer service, to provide you with information that you may request, to customize your experience of the Services and/or to contact you when necessary in connection with transactions entered into on the Services. We may also use your Personal Information for internal business purposes, such as analyzing and managing our business. In addition, we may combine the information we have gathered about you with information from other sources.

We may use third parties to help us operate our business and the Services or to administer activities on our behalf.

Loom may disclose your Personal Information: (i) To third-party service providers, vendors, and strategic partners who we engage to provide various services such as, without limitation, data hosting or data analysis, customer service, email delivery services, auditing services, and other similar services, to enable such third parties to provide the relevant services; (ii) to third parties, including our strategic partners, to permit them to assess your interest in Loom’s products and services; (iii)as reasonable to proceed with the negotiation or completion of a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or shares (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings); (iv) as we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) to respond to a subpoena or otherwise comply with the law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Service; (b) to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and other Company agreements and policies; (c) when we deem it necessary or appropriate including, without limitation, in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations; (d) to protect the rights, property or safety of Company or others, including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection purposes; (e) to protect our operations; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.

Loom has made reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. If you have reason to believe that your Personal Information is not secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Contact Loom” section below.

We may at any time present content of third party advertisers within the Service. We may provide you with the option to opt-out from receiving content of third party advertisers within the Service in consideration for subscription fees and/or any other consideration, as we shall determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in purchase of goods, services, use of coupons, promotions of, any third party advertisers presented within the Services, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party advertiser. Please also note that if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related communications from us, we may still send you important messages about your account with us, from which you cannot opt-out. If we have shared your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes, subject to your consent if required under applicable laws, and you no longer wish to receive communications from them, you will need to contact those third parties directly in order to opt-out.

Any request to review, access, correct, update, suppress, or delete Personal Information that you have previously provided us with, can be made in accordance with the “Contact Loom” section below. Please make clear what information you would like to change or remove or otherwise let us know how you want to limit our use of your Personal Information that you have provided us with.

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Please note that we may share the personal information you provide to us with our affiliates or with our third party service providers for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Some of these affiliates and service providers may be based in territories that are outside your country of residence and may not be subject to the laws of your country of residence. Where this is the case, we will take measures to ensure that your personal information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Loom collects information that does not reveal your specific identity and does not directly relate to an individual (“Non-Personal Information”). We may use and disclose Non-Personal Information for any purpose, except where we are required to treat Non-Personal Information as Personal Information under any agreement or applicable law, in which case we will use it for all the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information described above. We may combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, and any such combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it is combined. Non-Personal Information may include: (i) aggregated Personal Information which does not personally identify you or any other user of the Services. We may use and share aggregated Personal Information for any purpose; (ii) technical information which is collected from the computer, device, or browser that you use to access the Services, such as language, Internet browser type, and the name and version of the Services you are using. We use this technical information to ensure that the Services are functioning properly, for troubleshooting, to improve our products and services, to analyze trends and to understand our users' behavior.

We may also use "cookies", pixel tags, Adobe Flash technology, and other similar tools, to, among other things, collect information, compile statistics about website usage, track actions of users and understand our users. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer's hard disk or your mobile device for record-keeping purposes. Cookies may be sent to a user’s computer or a mobile device when such user accesses or views a Service. Third party advertisers and service providers on the Services may also place or read cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies can be disabled at any time by changing your web browser's options to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. Note however, that if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use all portions or functionalities of the Site.

We may also use Adobe Flash technology and other technologies to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of the Services

Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used in connection with some parts of the Services to, among other things, track the actions of users, understand the effectiveness of our communications, compile statistics about website usage, and for the same purposes for which we use cookies.

 When you use the Services, we and our service providers may track and collect information about how you use the Services. We use this information internally to troubleshoot and improve our Services. You may opt out of such use by contacting us via: info@loomsystems.com.

Your IP address automatically logs in our server log files whenever you use the Services, along with the time of your visit and the page(s) that you visited. IP addresses are used for analyzing trends, administer the Services, track users, and gather aggregate demographic information in order to comply with applicable laws.


Any links or access facilitated by the use of the Services to a third-party will not be under Loom’s responsibility. This Privacy Policy does not address, and Loom is not responsible for any data collected by third parties, including but not limited to any Personal Information. The inclusion of a link within the Services does not imply endorsement of the respective goods, services and/or web services or any association therewith by us or our affiliates. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in purchase of goods, services, use of coupons, promotions of, any third party advertisers presented within the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party advertiser.

This Privacy Policy does not extend to third party apps or add-ons or content providers, even if packaged by Loom or offered through a Loom web property. Loom cannot guarantee that third-party app developers or content providers will comply with those requirements. When choosing to use apps, add-ons or other third party extensions, you are entering into a license agreement with those parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the entities or individuals providing you with any services that runs in or with your Loom product.


We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Modified” legend at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post an updated privacy policy at our website, and it will become effective as of the date of posting. Your use of the Services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
