The firm was using multiple monitoring solutions for their production environments along with an alerting mechanism based on specific queries and predefined thresholds. This forced the team to always be on their feet and constantly deal with defining new alerts and dashboards in order to stay ahead of production issues.


Taptica's Leadership had to cut expenses and improve the IT team’s core KPIs, with a focus on MTTD (mean time to detection) and MTTR (mean time to resolution). While analyzing their detection to resolution process, it became clear that the key barrier to improve their results is the amount of time it takes his team to manually analyze issues that were detected, so that they could get to the root cause of the issues and resolve them.


Through Sophie AIOps' measure-all approach, the root-cause could be identified and the team could begin resolving the issues immediately. Because the application in question was developed in-house, the team was very surprised by the ability of the system to automatically ingest, pre-process and analyze the log files. Only through the use of advanced machine-learning algorithms was this accomplished automatically.


Within 24 hours of Sophie AIOps implementation, both the operations and R&D teams started working with Loom. The sync between the two teams improved significantly by using our proactive technology.
